I have negotiated and advised on a wide variety of telecom agreements, including agreements for managed IP services, voice interconnection and termination, Internet backbone connectivity agreements, wholesale VOIP services, infrastructure sharing, IP bandwidth and dark fiber IRUs.

I also represent a variety of clients – including VOIP resellers, long distance resellers, sales agents, VARs, application developers and application services providers – in structuring and documenting business arrangements with carriers, Web content providers and Web infrastructure providers.
