• African Telecom Group
  Drafting dozens of agreements documenting services provided among East African company group providing (1) business and consumer Internet access and connectivity services via satellite and fiber, and (2) consumer entertainment services via cable, fiber and satellite platforms.
• Metropolitan Area Fiber Network
  Provided regulatory and negotiating advice to a MAN in the northeast U.S. as it rolled out dark fiber and managed network services to customers, and assisted corporate counsel in negotiating sale of the business to an investor.
• VOIP Resellers
  Representing several VOIP wholesalers, providing advice on regulatory developments and representation in negotiation of commercial agreements.
• Satellite Network Reseller/Integrator
  Representing a growing U.S.-based company providing services throughout the U.S., the Gulf of Mexico, Africa and the Middle East.
• Web-based Long Distance Company
  Providing regulatory representation to a Web-based long distance company in its dealings with the Federal Communications Commission and the CRTC in Canada, and negotiating its contracts with national and international carriers and distributors.
• Broadband Wireless Network Operators
  Advised companies building wireless broadband networks in Jordan and Haiti using WiMax technology.

Enterprise Clients

• National Provider of WiFi Services
  Representing Colorado -based national provider of WiFi services to hotels and conventions in negotiation of agreements covering voice and data services with national backbone carriers.
• NBA Arena Operator
  Provided negotiating advice to a Florida arena operator in connection with its negotiation of an agreement for installation of a distributed antenna system (DAS) providing enhanced voice and data services within the arena to customers of national 3G and 4G mobile carriers.
• National Trade Association
  Provided negotiating advice to a Washington D.C. -based national trade association in connection with its negotiation of agreement covering voice and data services and a lease/purchase of PBX and related customer premises equipment (CPE).
