I represent agents in contract negotiations and disputes, and advise them on a wide
variety of issues crucial to the agent sales channel:

•        Customer ownership
•        Non-circumvention, non-competition and non-solicitation duties
•        SLAs and the right to move existing clients if provider service is substandard
•        Customer transition issues
•        Quota and revenue commitments
•        Mutual confidentiality requirements
•        Audit rights
•        Ensuring prompt and accurate calculation and payment of commissions earned
           (including legal enforcement where necessary)
